Dear Friends of NJCS,

In just over three weeks, the New Jersey Choral Society will be presenting its first concerts in 18 months, a holiday celebration entitled Comfort and Joy. We look forward with great enthusiasm to bringing live music back to northern NJ.

In order to ensure the safety of our singers, our artistic staff, our volunteers and our audience, NJCS is requiring that all those attending our concerts be fully vaccinated and provide proof of said vaccination before admission. Ticket holders must show a photo ID and either a vaccination card or proof of vaccination through one of the online apps like Docket for NJ or NYC Covid Safe. Finally, no children under the age of 5 will be admitted as they are not eligible for vaccination at this time.

In addition, all audience members and volunteers must wear a mask while inside our concert venues.

This policy follows that established by the other organizations in our area which have already held concerts this fall or will be holding concerts before the end of the year. We trust you understand our concerns and we appreciate your cooperation. We are sure our volunteers will appreciate your cooperation as well.

We can’t wait to see you and hope you love our performance of music from all genres for the upcoming holidays.
